Inspired Technologies, Inc. currently has openings for Broadband OSP Engineer positions located off multiple client premises in various locations in the Central to South Eastern part of the U.S. The ideal candidate should possess most of the skills listed below. Travel may be required (Inspired provides corporate expense accounts to cover travel related expenses). Possible locations are; Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Arkansas, and Alabama.
These positions are considered experienced level. Work experience in this field or position is required by prospective candidates. The ideal candidate for the Broadband OSP Engineering will have a clean driving and criminal history. It is also a plus to have the ability to perform electronic drafting (using AutoCad, Microstation, Powerpoint, etc.) in order to create, process, and submit state, city, county and encroachment permits and related traffic control plans but this drafting skill is not mandatory. Knowledge of these permitting process is required.
It is also required to be experienced in aspects of aerial construction including span lengths, pole loading, anchoring, guying, and attachment heights. Familiarity with Joint Use regulations is a plus for anyone joining our team.
Experience in the engineering and/or construction of aerial, UG and buried copper and fiber facilities mandatory as we consider candidates for this position.

While any previous job experience as it relates to these fields are beneficial it is not required. Ideal candidates are hard workers, dedicated, show a propensity to learn and understand.

Job Duties:
- Reload computers and test that all components function properly
- Answer help desk calls and troubleshoot customer issues

Positions include entry level technicians through experienced foreman to become part of teams dedicated to safe, quality tower installation work. We are currently looking to fill multiple positions in the Tallahassee and Jacksonville, FL markets.
Position Requirements:
- Excellent physical conditioning and ability to lift 100 lbs.

Inspired Technologies is seeking experienced Central Office and/or Remote Site Equipment Installers for ADTRAN installation projects in various locations throughout the US. Installation includes equipment used in voice, video, fiber optics and data telecommunications networks. Additional responsibilities may include analyzing, planning, layout and assign installation activity to other installation personnel.
Requirements – Must be trained or familiar with:
- Bay/equipment rack installation
- DC Power and fuse box wiring
- ADTRAN aggregators, MUXES, installs and basic test and turn-up
- DSX terminations
- DS3 and fiber installs
- blueprint / schematic reading
- Central office procedures
- ADTRAN OPTI 6100 or TA 5000/1248/1148 is a plus.
